Allen Branch is a Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist with the NASM and co-founder of Fitness One with his wife, Olinda. He is also a Sports Nutrition Specialist, Sports Conditioning Specialist and has been certified in Resistance Training Biomechanics by the World Renown Cooper Institute in Dallas. He also holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. He was trained by the legendary Bruce Lee student Joe Lewis in Kickboxing, and holds Black Belts in 6 styles of martial arts, with his highest a 7th Degree. He is also the founder of American Martial Arts Systems, a hybrid martial arts system taught all over the world. He is currently planning the release of his long awaited science based training program for ages 40 and up called Project49.

Olinda has been teaching for 25 years, and is well known as one of the finest fitness instructors in the region. Olinda's classes include boot-camp, circuits, yoga, strength, Pilates, mat works and kickboxing.
Olinda is certified in teaching kickboxing, yoga, mat science, step and pilates. She has a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing under Joe Lewis. She is the co-founder of Fitness One, manages the enormous Fitness One class schedules and trainers and is sought after personal trainer for her expertise in multiple disciplines. This has earned her the nickname "The princess of pain."
She earned a Gold Medal in the 1998 AAU Nationals in Russian Combo, and is also a certified Biggest Loser trainer.

Ewa is a licensed physical therapist with a Masters degree in physical therapy from the University of Rzeszow, Poland and a doctorate degree from College of St. Scholastically. Ewa specializes in training clients with specific needs and conditions. In addition to personalized training assistance Ewa offers clinical treatment including dry needling, kinetic tapping, cupping, joint manipulation and soft tissue mobilization.

Alaina is the leader of the Bikini Body Bootcamp at Fitness One, works as a Personal Trainer and teaches group classes. Alaina specializes in results based personal training and works with clients individually and in small groups.
Martial Arts Trainer and Teacher
Todd White holds black belts in multiple martial arts including karate, hapkido and Taekwondo, in a career that has spanned over 30 years. He holds his highest as a 5th Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo. Todd was a National Karate and Taekwondo competitor and is now leader of the Kids martial arts and training program at Fitness One.
Katia is a Certified Yoga Instructor completing the Charlotte yoga teacher training certification in 2011. Katia teaches a unique blend of Yoga and intervals for fat loss called Fit Flow, as well as more traditional yoga in her other classes.
Krav Maga Instructor
Jon is a Krav Maga Instructor at Fitness One with over 30 years experience teaching martial arts. He is a holder of multiple Black Belts and also leads the little ninjas program of 4-6 year olds. Jon has black belts in karate, kickboxing, hapkido, the Joe Lewis Fighting System and is the Senior student and recognized co-founder of American Martial Arts Systems.
Ethan is a Certified Personal Trainer, Kickboxing Instructor and 3rd Degree Black Belt in Martial Arts. Mr. Wall is a specialist in strength training, conditioning and is the lead Instructor of the Fitness One Men's workout program. He is available for personal training as well as group exercise and martial arts classes.
Alex is the highest ranking female black Belt in the American Martial Arts System at Fitness One, under Allen Branch. She holds Black Belts in Kickboxing and Israeli Krav Maga, and brings a fire to her classes that is fun to watch and an awesome class to take! Alex currently teaches Sport Kickboxing, Krav Maga and fitness Kickboxing classes at Fitness One as a passion and a hobby!

Sean is Certified Personal Trainer and boxing coach at Fitness One. He has helped trained professional fighters in our camp, is a professional golfer and up and coming Axe throwing competitor. Sean is currently starting a kids only boxing training program to help teach young ones respect, discipline and self-esteem through boxing.

Communications and In-Training for Personal Training, Bachelors in Mass Communication. Sam is a new addition to our team! You may see her in the office or helping with classes. She has an extensive exercise, media, and office management background and is excited to be working in the industry where her passions lie. She has experience with horse-back riding, fencing, dance, gymnastics, rock climbing, weight training, soccer, cycling, and cheerleading. She is growing in her fitness journey through achieving her personal training certification via NASM, as well as for group and kickboxing.

Tim is a Certified Personal Trainer with 25 years of martial arts experience in kickboxing, Taekwondo and hapkido. He has been working as a trainer at Fitness One for over 3 years in kickboxing and martial arts, and started working with group classes last year. Tim brings a level of expertise to the striking, kickboxing and cardio workouts that is hard to find from a trainer.
Bruce in 1997 became a Certified Personal Trainer. His experience includes Manager & Trainer at Gold’s Gym & Health Unlimited in Delaware and Nutrition Consultant & Manager at Vitamin Health Centers. In 2004 Bruce earned his 3rd Degree Black Belt & Full Instructor Certification in Bruce Lee’s style of Jeet Kune Do & Filipino Martial Arts.
Past clients have included men, women & teens of all ages specializing in building strength, cardiovascular health, functional fitness & fat loss. Bruce has also coached competitive athletes, U.S. military, FBI & law enforcement personnel.
