I have been very pleased with every aspect of this gym. From the trainers, other members and how Allen makes a point to say hello and encourage!! I tried BBC and found it didn’t suit me and especially when it came to the price of membership!! Just as many classes available and 1/2 the price...So glad to have found this treasure!!’

I absolutely love the fact that every time you go, you will always be doing a different, while very effective, workout! I get bored super easily working out - but not here! Love the variety, the instructors, and the people attending! Everyone is so supportive!!! If you are looking for a gym - give this one a try!

There isn't a better gym out there.. These guys work hard to bring us the newest most effective way to get and stay strong/fit. Fitness One is also the friendliest gym I have ever been to.

Personable trainers, intense workouts and a variety of classes will get you where you want to be. Allen does an awesome job on the Krav classes! Never had one class disappoint.

LOOKING FOR A GYM IN THE KERNERSVILLE AREA AND NOT SURE WHERE TO START?

At Fitness One we make it east to get started in a fitness program, and it doesn’t matter if you are a first time gym-goer or a seasoned pro. Our introductory programs will teach you everything you need to know before you ever step foot into your first workout.

FITNESS ONE-THE PERFECT FITNESS CENTER

On your first day at Fitness One, we will meet with you and discuss your goals. This is important, as the way you train and eat will determine the outcome. We want what you want, and we are going to help you get there.

FITNESS CENTER TRAINING AT THE BEGINNER LEVEL

At Fitness One your first few sessions will be in either private sessions or beginner classes. In these training sessions you will learn the basics of our program, how to perform certain exercises properly and how to modify and scale those that may be to tough for you at this time. Everyone gets stronger and it does not take very long, but we want to start out slowly and work your way up.

FITNESS MEAL PLANNING AND NUTRITION

We provide meal plans for you to help with what may be the most important part of a fitness program, and that is how and what you put into your body. At Fitness One, we utilize a plan that has helped literally thousands of people achieve their weight loss goals. Shouldn’t you be next?
