Leaner legs are a strength workout away
Getting lean legs is not about leg lifts and glute squeezes. On media outlets like instagram, you see girls who are genetically gifted (and have great diets) pushing exercise routines which have literally no effect on the physiology. To get leaner legs there are two components-Proper strength exercise and great nutrition.
Primary strength exercises that create a stimulus to the body to build more strength are the beneficial exercises, and should be done to momentary failure for the desired results. This is the program offered in our strength based programs at Fitness One.
At Fitness One we have a 2 day per week strength program (to gain lean muscle) followed by 2 days of intervals (for fat loss) and fat loss meal plans to help with shedding extra fat.

The prescription for firmer glutes is the same as leaner legs. Proper heavy strength exercises that create a stimulus for muscle to grow, down with the right intensity and proper recovery is the trick to firmer glutes, as well as all other muscle groups. As you work to build lean muscle, you also follow meal plans that create conditions for fat loss.
This is really not a difficult prescription. Our members and clients have seen amazing results following this simple plan.
