Why cant I lose weight?
A better question might be, why are we still trying all of the weight loss strategies from 40 years ago?
In the 1960’s Kenneth Cooper wrote a book on aerobics that shaped (improperly so) the next 50 years of fitness. Even though the methods have now been proven incorrect, people all over still go to their beloved “cardio” routine when they think of trying to lose weight.
