Welcome to the Fitness One class schedule page. We are excited to offer the finest line up of fitness and bootcamp classes in the area. We will let you take a trial class, give you a FREE personal training session to learn more about us and you work your way into our program, regardless of your current level.

 

 


Our classes are based on our 6 step system that guarantees you a balanced, full body workout with strength and cardio each and every time you come to a class. This is not just another random cross training class, but a balanced approach to fitness that everyone can enjoy, from the person who has taken a few years away from fitness to the elite level athlete.

 

 

 

Thanks for visiting our class schedule page. We offer our original system of training that is not only fun, but promotes weight loss and lean muscle gain through a large variety of different types of fitness classes.

You can kickbox, cross train, do a weight loss boot camp, take Israeli Krav Maga, use the TRX, swing a kettlebell or jump into a weight lifting class. No matter what you chose, at Fitness One, you never repeat the same workout twice!

Monday
