  • Personal Training is available from 5:30am until 8:30pm.
  • Specialized small group classes and training are available on request.
  • Biggest Loser participants must be scheduled for class. Please do not show up unannounced as we must perform evaluations before you attend class.

Monday

Childcare available: 9am to 111:30am, 5pm to 8pm

  • 4pm: XFit 360 Circuit Class
  • 4:30pm: Youth Speed & Agility, Ages 8-14
  • 5pm: TRX (Call to reserve spot, limit 12 per class)
  • 5:15pm: Kids' Karate and Martial Arts
  • 5:30pm: Cross Training/Strength Bootcamp (All regular members)
  • 5:30pm: Basketball Development Training
