Fitness and Weight Loss

The Fitness One Training System was created in 2007 by Allen and Olinda Branch and it has been evolving ever since. Our scientific model based on human movement is designed to help you reach your goals, lose extra fat, build lean muscle and improve your movement and the way you fit into your jeans.

Our fitness and exercise classes are fun, efficient, effective and you never repeat the same workout twice! We utilize a wide range of training tools, professional, certified trainers and staff and have a trusted, proven system to help you reach your fitness goals.

We are located in the city of Kernersville NC, just minutes from anywhere in Triad area of Greensboro, High Point or Winston Salem.

Martial Arts and Krav Maga

Since 1995, American Martial Arts Systems, created by Allen Branch has been the definitive leader in adult martial arts in the Triad. We teach authentic Israeli Krav Maga through Israeli Krav International, and Kickboxing through the father of the sport, the late legendary world champion and pioneer Joe Lewis.

Our senior instructor Allen Branch holds black belts in 6 styles of martial arts, is an inductee in the martial arts hall of fame and has helped people of all walks of life to learn to defend themselves with his proven system.  Classes are fun, fast paced and an excellent hobby to develop awesome skills and better confidence. When you enroll in a martial arts program at Fitness One, all other fitness classes are included.  We offer a free trail class, or a private one on one to let you test out our program and see why so many turn to AMAS to learn the martial arts.

Specialty Programs

Some people like the feel of a small group setting, and our specialty programs are perfect for them. Train with one of our certified trainers for weight loss, muscle tone or to develop strength. Now you can join into small group sessions for fitness, kickboxing, pad workouts, krav maga, weight training and more.

How to read the new schedule
All classes listed in black are included with the fitness package.
All classes in blue are martial arts classes (kids and adults)
Martial arts package includes ALL Fitness classes.
All classes in red are specialty classes in small groups. For info on any of these classes contact us at 336-655-4558 by call or text. Specialty classes like The MAN up all men’s workout, Booty Bootcamp and others are limited in numbers are represent small group personal training options.

We offer low monthly rates that include unlimited fitness classes. We also offer a low monthly rate to attend Krav Maga and Kickboxing, which includes all of our fitness and conditioning classes as well.

Specialty classes are a drop in rate per class. Contact us to check availability.
