Saturday 7:30am and 9:00am only, no Krav Maga, gym closing at 1030am

Monday 9:15am Super class only, no other classes.

Thanks for visiting our class schedule page. We offer our original system of training that is not only fun, but promotes weight loss and lean muscle gain through a large variety of different types of fitness classes.

You can kickbox, cross train, do a weight loss boot camp, take Israeli Krav Maga, use the TRX, swing a kettlebell or jump into a weight lifting class. No matter what you chose, at Fitness One, you never repeat the same workout twice!
